How To Use Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner

Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner works on a d-limonene based lifting agent, which gets into the pores of a material to lift and remove anything which is not permanently bonded.
If your stain contains permanent dyes such as: hair dye, orange pop or permanent marker, then Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner may not remove them. In some cases, several applications of a 10:1 dilution, plus elbow grease will break down and remove these types of stains.
Dilution and Uses

A 20:1 dilution will do for most general cleaning applications. For tougher jobs use a 10:1 dilution and give it more sitting time before wiping.

Environmentally Friendly Carpet Cleaner

Use Liquid Magis Citrus Cleaner on all your carpet stains.  Whether it’s pet stains from the family pet or red wine from the last house party, Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner is great on all types of carpet stains.

Follow these steps for the best carpet cleaning results.

1.  First: Vacuum the carpet before shampooing.

2.  Pre-spray - Soaking

Pre-spray all heavily soiled areas and stains with Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner using a
20:1 dilution.
On really tough stains soak completely. Using a stiff brush, scrub into the stain      working Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner into the pile.  Blot with a dry Terry Toweling   cloth or Micro-fibre cloth, transferring the stain to the dry cloth. Wait a few minutes to  see if the stain returns to the surface. Repeat the process if necessary.

3.  Shampooing

Using a standard carpet cleaning machine with a 12 Litre tank add 100ml of Liquid   Magics Citrus Cleaner concentrate into the 12 Litre soap dispenser and fill with hot water.  Add a cup of vinegar into the reservoir to de-foam the waste water.  Shampoo the entire carpet and let dry.
You will be amazed at how well Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner brings your carpet back to looking new.

4.  Extra Tips and tricks

Removing gum from carpet:
Heat 100ml of Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner diluted 10:1 in the microwave.  Take a   toothpick and punch holes into the gum.  Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner needs to get into the carpet under the gum to work.  Add the heated Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner to the gum and keep punching holes into the gum.  Allow to sit for a couple of minutes.  Then take a coin and start scraping the gum.  It will come off in small pieces.

Boat Cleaning Guide

Boat General Cleaning 10:1 Dilution

Boat motors can be degreased and kept clean by removing algae and other build-up from a boat's hull. Spray evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes before wiping with a Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth. Faded paint can be easily removed by spraying the surface evenly and brushing with a soft brush then wiping with a Micro-Fibre cloth in a circular motion.
Tarps, awnings, canvas and boat covers can be cleaned with Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner by spraying evenly and brushing with a stiff brush. Use a garden hose to rinse.
 
Auto Cleaning Guide
 
General Cleaning - 20:1 Dilution

Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner is silicone free, making it suitable for auto body uses. Use a soft brush with a Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth to buff in a circular motion. You can also use Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner for wax and grease removal. Use a 20:1 dilution in a bucket of water to hand wash.
For all rubber trims, use a 20:1 dilution. Spray evenly; let it sit for 30 seconds then wipe clean and dry with a clean Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth. This will remove all traces of grease, oil and dirt so your masking tape will adhere easily.

Paint and Overspray - 10:1 Dilution

Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner removes paint oxidation.  Spray a section and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Use a clean, dry Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth to wipe and buff in a circular motion, restoring the paint to its natural luster.
Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner also removes overspray from brake lights, tyres, glass and interiors. Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner can also be used to remove paint overspray from paint booth lights and other areas.

Engine Cleaning - 10:1 Dilution

For best results make sure your engine is hot from driving or idling for a few minutes. Spray and soak the entire engine and hoses with a 10:1 solution of Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner. Let Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner degreaser sit for 15 minutes, while you clean your tyres and whitewalls.
If you have heavy grease build-up, then use a non-abrasive scouring pad to help. Then use a garden hose to rinse off the engine and compartment.
Use Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner at 10:1 for dipping components and allow too soak in solution for 1 hour and rinse.
Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner used in a 20:1 solution can solve the problem of carbon on piston heads, epoxy glues, silicone seals and gaskets.  Use for stacks by spraying directly on and rinsing off.
 
Grease Oil and Silicone - 20:1 Dilution

Use Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner to remove built up grease and oil. Always work with the grain of stainless steel for best results. Once you have removed the build-up, use a 100:1 dilution to finish, then buff with a clean, dry Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth. Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner can also remove salt and rust.
Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner can be used to remove silicone from door jams, tyres and interiors. , spray the area with Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner and wipe clean with a Terry Toweling cloth or Micro-Fibre cloth.

Tyres - 10:1

Spray and soak all tires with Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner. Use a stiff brush or sponge to scrub the tyres. Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner will remove brake dust, dead rubber, road grime and help restore your tyres to their original condition.

Bathroom General Cleaning 20:1 Dilution

Use Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner for all heavy-duty bathroom and shower cleaning. To clean shower tiles, leave Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner on for 10 to 15 minutes. Use a non-abrasive scouring pad to help take off heavy mildew, mould or soap scum. Use a clean dry Terry Toweling cloth or Mico-Fibre cloth to buff the surfaces dry. A light protective coat is left on tiles to help sheen water off.
 
Kitchen Cleaning Guide
 
General Kitchen Cleaning 20:1

Spray Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner on bench tops, floors, walls, tiles, glass, extractor fans, splash backs, oven, white goods, stainless steel and also use as a general spray and wipe throughout your entire kitchen. For best results use a Micro-Fibre cloth. For dried food and tougher stains spray and let stand for a few minutes. Wipe and dry as normal.
 
Ovens 10:1 Dilution

Pre-heat your oven for a few minutes. Spray a 10:1 dilution of Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner onto the areas to be cleaned. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Use a non-abrasive scrub pad to help break up the built up grease. Use a paper towel to wipe clean. Re-spray with Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner if necessary and wipe clean using a Micro-Fibre cloth.

Floor Cleaning Guide
 
For all floors, timber, tiles etc. add 50ml of Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner into a 5 litres of warm water. Mix well and mop or spray onto your floor. Use a mop or stiff broom to work Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner into your floor. After cleaning, rinse with water.

Pre-spray corners, build up dirt and high traffic areas with a 20:1 dilution of Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Wash as above.  

Laundry Cleaning Guide
 
Stain Remover 10:1 Dilution

Always have a spray bottle of 10:1 Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner in your laundry room. Inspect all clothing before throwing it into your machine. Spray all stains you find, making sure the area is well soaked. If it is a bad stain, agitate the area with the spray bottle trigger or a stiff brush.
Liquid Magics Citrus Cleaner works very well on ring-around-the-collar, cuffs, make-up, lipstick, grass, food, blood, wine, grease, dirt and most other stains. White socks can be cleaned by spraying them until they are soaked, then putting them in your washing machine.
